What it Does?

Human Machine Interface (HMI) programs are an efficient and timely way for a company to utilize its automated system. Allowing the company associates detailed error notification, showing the status in all areas of the system, and providing remote access to all control stations located on a system are three of the major benefits of the HMI.

Adding 3D drawings to the program, instead of 2D, makes the automated system easier to identify different areas of the building. Different elevations, over-lapping conveyor, and unfamiliar areas of the building are displayed better than 2D drawings can depict.

Adding or updating an HMI program to any automated system immediately begins to increase productivity within a facility, and HMI programs give the company associates a much easier approach to operating an automated system effectively.

How is it Done?

Each screen in the program will be specifically labeled and personalized for your facility. The 3D images, drawn to scale, will allow more accuracy in finding a problem in your system. Along with live statuses of your system, an alarm log and statistics page will be put in your software.
